• 5 p.m: Body leaves Uganda House for Parliament where a guard of honour will be staged

• 2:30 p.m — 4:30 p.m: Special session of Parliament
• 4:30 p.m: Body leaves for Kololo residence

• 12:30 – 1:30 p.m: Public paying of respects to the late former president
• 1:30 p.m: Body leaves for Tororo Victoria Grounds
• 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m: Public paying of respects in Tororo
• 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m: Body leaves for Mbale
• 7:30 p.m: Body arrives in Mbale at St. Andrews Cathedral, public paying of respects, night vigil and prayers

• 12 noon: Body leaves Soroti
• 3 p.m: Body arrives in Lira town and stays overnight at the residence of the late
  former president.

• 1 p.m: Body leaves for Apac Districtn 3 p.m. – 5 p.m: Body arrives in Apac at the Boma Grounds, public viewing
• 5 p.m: Body leaves Boma Grounds for vigil and paying of respects at the home of Adoko Nekyon
